Why me

I’ve spent six years as an agency CEO, building and leading a team of up to 16 people while supporting dozens of businesses. That gave me a practical view of what drives growth—and what quietly stalls it—across different industries and business models.

I hold an MBA in Business Strategy and Marketing, and I’m used to operating at the intersection of strategy and execution. I help founders make sharper decisions, choose the right priorities, and translate direction into measurable progress across growth, sales, operations, and team delivery.

What can we cover in business strategy?

Anything tied to getting the business to the next level: growth priorities, positioning/offers, go-to-market and sales alignment, operations and capacity, team structure, and execution planning. If there is a specific topic I can’t help with, I’ll let you know ahead. 

It can be both. You can start with a Strategy Sprint to get clarity and a 90-day direction, then (if you want to) continue with monthly advisory for continuous adjustments and decision support.

That’s fine. We’ll focus on the highest-impact area first and expand only if needed. Scope stays as small as possible while still driving progress.

By turning decisions into clear priorities, owners, and measurable targets—then reviewing progress and adjusting as reality changes. The goal is execution, not theory.
