I’m Arnaud, a strategy-led digital operator and former agency CEO. I hold an MBA in Marketing and Business Strategy from a top French business school. I started on the business side—earning “Business Developer of the Year”—then moved into the space where projects win or fail: strategy, scoping, decisions, and delivery.
I co-founded a digital agency and, over six years, shipped 6,000+ deliverables across websites, campaigns, and multi-month initiatives—while building and leading a team of up to 16 people. Along the way, I wrote a thesis on UX practices, managed distributed teams, and learned how to align stakeholders around outcomes—not opinions.
Today, I work with founders and agencies to drive growth through strategy, marketing, and project management. I like simple systems that scale—and progress you can actually measure.
